I don't get all 3 spy mission rewards

I Completed all 3 spy mission consoles and at the end i anly get 2 rewards there stand 

Hashirama 0800 3 Vaults open

And i only get 2 identified

same issue for me, started this evening while farming Ivara parts

I think this may just be an issue with the new results screen.  If you get credits as a reward, it just lumps all of the credits together.  If you hover over the credits, you can see a breakdown of the credits you pick up, the credits received for the mission, and credits for opening a cache or clearing a vault.  I think endo is all just lumped together, also, but without being able to actually see the breakdown.
