[Helminth] Blood Alter bugged

Noticed a few bugs when using Blood Alter (injected onto Saryn Prime). 
Playing Steel Path Survival on Mot, Void:
1. Instead of dashing to the selected target, it just cast the ability on nearby enemy.
2. Unable to target enemy when there's too many enemies around (probably related to the first point).
