Stuck inside Corpus machinery while K-driving in the Orb Vallis

I was grinding up k drive standing in the Vallis, when I tried to jump and land on the top of this large piece of corpus machinery, the one that is drilling into the side of a coolant tower. This segment that I landed on is slowly rotating on itself, but when I landed on it after jumping up I was stuck in place, unable to move or jump from this spot.  I was able to do some stunts, and after some time and some button mashing, I was able to dismount from my k drive and get going.
