Keybinding to toggle off and on the warframe's flashlight (the one that turns on when you're in a dark place such as a cave)

Reasons for this request: (1) Sometimes I would just like to enjoy the dark and gloomy atmosphere of some of the game's darker areas (caves, for example). The flashlight sorta ruins the experience sometimes, especially (2) with how broken the lighting in Warframe is currently. I often find that the flashlight doesn't really help me see, it really just blinds me with how bright it is. My brightness settings are not too high, in fact I have turned it down slightly from the default settings, but even so many light sources are just blindingly bright.
