Necramech health was sliced in half after the second summon as well as it stopped picking up energy and i got yeeted into oblivion with my operator holding my secondary weapon

After the 2nd time summoning my necramech i noticed the health had been reduced to a base stat necramech and then after the fourth summon i went into it for an excavation mission and shortly after noticed it stopped picking up energy and then when i tried to go back to Protea, my frame was nowhere to be found and my operator was holding kuva nukor.

I tried taking fatal damage in operator form to force a shift back into my warframe but it counted as permadeath in mission and promptly failed me even though i had not been downed before that point.
