2 questions. Best Archwing and is Ninkondi prime good?

Im going to ask it in a single question just for convenience.

Ive been checking which is the best archwing and archwing weapon mainly for free roam and/or free roam bosses, first i saw itzal was very fast but ive seen people complain about the nerf that happened to it some time ago and see people calling it the worstso that maybe doubt about it plus the aumont of oxium it requires is very high.

Ninkondi: i got all of its prime parts but i dont know how good it is so should i keep it and use it or would i be better of with selling it for 50 plat or so and buying the one kronen prime blade im missing.

It really depends on your play style. Itzal has some benefits over other archwings, but other archwings have benefits over the Itzal. Best way to know which suits you best is to level them all and keep what fits.

Same really applies to your weapon question. Though both have vaulted relics, that will change the price some. Might be better to wait for unvaulting.

Itzal is not useless, you can use its Cosmic Crush to vacuum up items. It's pretty useful for open world boss fights to help you collect the loot (and cetus wisps) faster.

The best archwing for general use is currently Amesha, since its abilities can give you status immunity and ridiculous damage reduction.

As for the ninkondi, try out the standard ninkondi to see if you like it. Both it and kronen prime are quite good, the differences mainly come down to personal preference.

I love itzal for his 3rd and 2nd(invisibility)
Amesha is for survival,large health pool and buffs
Ninkondi prime,I didn't like it much ,it sells for 30-35plat
Not vaulted as seen here .

Odonata can be useful for boosting up damage since it has an ability similar to Volt's shield, if you want to high score against a Fomorian Core Odonata can be useful in that regard. I guess this makes it an Assault Archwing.

Elytron...I think needs looking at. Elytron is seemingly designed to be this heavily ordanance forcused Archwing but I think it's outclassed everywhere except the original Archwing Mobile Defense, Interception or Defense oriented missions. I could be wrong but it doesn't help it's the slowest Archwing too. It lacks any good survival abilities.

Itzal I'm not sure. I think Itzal is solid for the old Archwing Corpus tileset but it's hard to recommend it elsewhere, it's the Stealth Archwing though it can be useful in Open World. Itzal's Crush pulls items and resources to you so it is useful to quickly summon in open world to collect stuff on the ground. Unfortunately, the removal of Blink may have made Itzal worse, since its replacement was a Valkyr-esque Ripline. It's Invisibility ability is interupted if you move and since blinking now requires forward movement you can't remain invisible while blinking around anymore.

Amesha is the support/healer Archwing and is the one I typically use. If you want to use an Archwing for Empyrean content, I cannot recommend an Archwing more than Amesha. It's abilities make it pretty self-sufficient. Being damaged while it's 4th is activated gives energy, and with shield gating you can safely use this to regain energy without the fear of dying (knockback/stuns are still a concern though as it can prevent you from getting your Swarm Drone back up while in the animation.) Amesha can also cast an aura that slows all enemies in a radius around it like Nova but without the extra damage. This is immensely useful in Empyrean because of how annoying and fast those fighters can be. Just try to be aware that your Railjack crew might not be fond if they're casting Flux abilities and the slowed enemies are too slow to enter the damage radius.

For Melee? No idea really. I tend to only go for weapons that provides something that other melees do not.

Edit: Just an Archwing tip, certain Warframe passives work for Archwings. Hildryn is one of the most useful as it extends the length of your Archwing's shield gating, giving you more room for error.

Invest on Amesha so you can use it in steel path, safely use it in railjack if you need it.  Itzal might find it difficult to survive in those.

Ninkondi prime can easily build its combo counter like the kronen can since most attacks are multi hits. Definitely useable but its not slash base so will be missing out on that bleed damage to the Kronen P.

I would say Amesha is the best Archwing for the Majority of Content right now in Warframe....

The only thing Itzal has over Amesha is the Ability to suck loot and Invisibility which is good for Unveiling Some really annoying Riven Mod Challenges....

That being said.... If you stock pile about 20 Formas you can wait until there's a Double Affinity weekend and use that to invest into all the archwings.... That way even if DE nerfs something you'll have a head start on whatever the next Archwing Meta will be.
