Venari missing tail in railjack mission

Ran a railjack mission earlier while using Khora and in case related, had a vulpaphyla equipped as well that I was leveling that had the tail change from the build. Venari had no tail while out on the mission as you can see right in the middle of the shot.

Also likely unrelated but funny on the same mission, there was a single Wukong also on the crew. They were up front of the ship while I was in engineering. There was a celestial twin that was following me around in the back of the ship. I joked that it was with me not with the Wukong up front and they said they hadn't cast it. They came back there, cast it, and then there were 2 celestial twins.

Her tail is missing in most missions for me only switch stance brings it back, but what should i do when i replaced Khoras 3 (i can not switch)
