Spy rewards Bug

So, I am not aware if it's only on Switch or on this particular node, but

I wanted to farm Harrow's neuroptics on Pago. But It seem like despite managing to do all three data vaults, I only get two rewards out of three. For now, I have only done two runs where I noticed the problem, so maybe it doesn't happen frequently.

Please, if it happen (or not) to you on other platform or other Spy mission, feel free to reply with precise informations. It may help DE pin point the problem.
