Can't trade Sentinel Mods or convert last Sentinel Mods to Endo

I can't trade Sentinel Mods with other player, if i have that Sentinel. 

Also, i find that I cant convert the last Sentinel Mods to Endo. So I believe there is a bug blocking me to trade or convert the last Sentinel Mods.
