At what time does the subsume lotus begin to appear and grow?

Is it 12 hours in that the flower starts appearing?

Just asking because I've got a Vauban flower that is stuck behind the flesh wall (wouldn't know where it was if it weren't for the blue glow) and I can't spot the flower for my Gara right now (15 hours remain until she's subsumed fully).

Nah it appears a good 10-ish hours after it begins. Spawning is awful tho, I got 1 clipped into a wall and another behind it as well

I believe the flower appears only after the subsume is finished.
