Failed to connect to chat server.

I've done everything from resetting xbox 10x, closing game, hard resetting Xbox, deleting and reinstalling warframe, resetting router and making sure firewalls are down,, even submitted a ticket but its fallen on deaf ears. 

I dont know what to do but chat servers are critical in this game and not being able to connect to them makes the game unplayable. As an MR29 trade chat and alliance is pretty much all I come on for. Someone please help 5 days in a row of this is frustrating.http://imgur.com/gallery/a8qA0nF

I am having the same issue I have tried all the steps tried above and still no results. Ive had this issue for 3 days now.
