Damage issues & Visual bug?

I've been having an issue since the beginning of the release of Deimos where I cant do any damage at all to the Genetrix. I can with every other creature but that one, no matter where I hit it takes no damage atall from me. Ontop of that recently I've started to have this visual glitch that comes and goes every half hour or so where after I attack something I get these gas lines covering half my screen on the right hand side, it really mess's with my vision and I've no idea whats causing it, I changed up Warframes and it kept happening so I assumed it was my weapon mods but nothing looks out of the ordinary. I really hope this gets fixed as it makes me feel super ill trying to play with it.
