Cartridge, the rifleman warframe. (Fan-concept)

I guess this could be a nice addition for folks who don't have Zenith yet. Just so you know, Zenith's semi-fire mode's head highlighting through walls seems to be capped around 30m, the last time I checked like half years ago. From a personal experience with Zenith I can say that not all the players would have the skills to utilize the 4th ability much without some kind of auto-aim. Why, because enemies in this game can maneuver erratically and often do, something you notice when using Zenith's semi-fire mode. It's hard to hit them heads through walls even with infinite punchthrough and head highlight through walls. You have to consider that Warframe is not a very skill-intense game to begin with, unless you play it as such which is kind of gimping yourself. Auto-aim always beats manual aim unless the activation or some other hindrances are in place.

 

And a lot of the folks don't really seem to enjoy Zenith, not as much as they enjoy Ignis Wraith or Acceltra, or Bramma or Lenz, where you don't need to aim much. God I've come across many squads with two people using Ignis or Wraith version and none of them was me.

Stats:

Health: 115

Shields: 75

Energy: 150

Armor: 225

Sprint speed: 1.25

Passive: Cartridge starts missions with 100% more ammo.

Abilities:

1st ability - Specialized munitions (25 Energy) 

Cartridge cycles between magazines of 3 types of bullets: Plasma, Radioactive, Venom. Grants 75% heat/radiation/toxin damage to your primary and secondary weapon with guaranteed status. Buff ends when you reload or deplete the magazine. 

2nd ability - Dexterity (50 Energy) 

Cartridge gains enhanced holster speed, reload speed, fire rate and projectile speed for his primary and secondary. 

3rd ability - Fallback plan (50 Energy) 

Cartridge drops a flashbang that blinds enemies, and gains movement speed and becomes invisible for a short time. 

4th ability - The Negotiator (25 Energy) 

Cartridge materialises his exalted sniper rifle. The Negotiator has infinite enemy punch-through, highlights enemies and their headshot hitboxes and its bullets ricochet off of surfaces up to 5 times. Consumes 25 energy per shot. 

Will update with concept art, when I come up with a satisfactory design. 

Wow, that sounds really nice, i prefer it to Mesa, by a mile. Never really liked her, always hated her 1,2 and 3

It is not. Enemies don't just stay in formation of 10 nicely lined up heads most of the time; 2 to 3 on a more common basis sure, but still. Infinite, and more specifically

realy isn't more effective then a Shred mod. But theoretically, especially with the added ricochet, it could get you to feel like you can pull off the ''perfect shot''.
So let's just call it a morale boost and leave it at infinite.

Changes based upon feedback:

New name: Fusilier (French for "rifleman") 

Passive (New) : 100% more ammo from pickups and 100% recoil reduction.

1st ability: Specialized Munitions (Changed) 25 energy

Cycle through 3 different types of special rounds. Buff lasts until you reload or switch weapons. 

Spear-tips: Adds 3m punch-through and 25% armor ignore. 

Micro-charges: Bullets/projectiles gain 3m explosion radius. Damage depends on modded damage values of equipped weapon. 

Snake-teeth: Bullets/projectiles can inject a volatile chemical into enemies, making them explode upon death dealing 90% of their health as toxin damage with guaranteed proc. 

2nd ability: Dexterity (Changed) 50 energy

For the duration of the ability, Fusilier gains holster speed, fire rate, reload speed, ADS (Aim-down-sights) movement speed and projectile speed. 

3rd abilty: Stockpile (New)  75 energy

Fusilier sets up a stationary ammo pylon which regenerates ammo by 10%/s in an aura around it and allows your guns to draw directly from your ammo pool (not magazine). 

Note: Pylon is box-shaped, so you can use it as cover. It has collision, so none can go through it, including bullets.
