Xata's whisper - Void element buff not give Void status proc on some weapon.

So far i try test synergy about void damage buff form Xata's whisper. I found that on some weapon, void status not proc at all compare to how high status proc chance.

Such as

Cyanex, with 70 percent status chance, I see none void status proc during test.

Synoid Simulor with 77 percent status chance, also see none of void status proc.

While Stug with 0 status chance can proc it.

The explosions have 10% SC.

But yeah, the other two seem indeed like thar be bugs.
