What is "Holstering"

The new Soma Prime mod from the Entrati Syndicate resets its buff on reloading or "holstering", but there are a number of actions that count as "holstering" that really shouldn't reset the buff, most notably using the Parazon for a Mercy Kill.

Holstering in Warframe, is __ Weapon not being currently held in your hands for any reason at all.

anyways, there's an impasse here. there's Holster activated effects that you do want it to activate as often as possible, ones which i use infact - and so i do want Holstering to be considered by the many things that it currently does consider, because it's convenient for me.
inversely, the Augment in question is the exact opposite. and well, there's your impasse. reason to want it in either direction.
