Conservation Changes & Fixes:

Change outline color of conservation target to emissive color like with mining. The color currently too close to the zone ambition theme and hard as anything to see. Even worse from a distance. Let us have control of what color is best to see!

(FIX LOKI'S STEALTH FOR SAME REASON!!!)

Fishing Changes & Fixes:

Why are the spears attracting enemies while in stealth (loki, ivara) while the flavor text says "Noiseless"! Let me fish in PEACE!

Yet you can for some reason make anything invisible with subsumable Ivara's arrow. Or mind control enemies with Nyx's ability. So by your logic these aren't "signature" enough, but Mirage's Sleight of Hand is?

I don't decide what abilities are signature and which are not. And going by a few exceptions to proof is typically very difficult.

It's not that hard to see that DE wanted to keep the identity of most frames intact and have players interact with them even post-helminth.

Braton Prime, Bo Prime, Prisma Skana, Paris Prime. Lato Vandal isn't very good, but it's there too.

Two:

Yes...? They've been redoing new player experience lately and probably wanted to offer some cosmetics for newer players. Not everything must be for veterans.

Ah yes cause new players just have the platinum laying around to drop on skins for weapons. They don't have weapon slots, potatoes, or warframe slots that they need to buy. They will have trashed those weapons long before they have the platinum to buy those skins.

Just tried Marked for Death. Nerfed into uselessness along with the other low tier helminth ability junk.

So, you took an already situational and not widely used nuking ability and nerfed it into the basement, when frames like Saryn, Mirage and Volt exist...

Garuda used to need 200% STR too to get that 100% bleed chance sweet spot.

A correction: Garuda's Seeking Talons debuff at Rank 3 will have a 75% chance to inflict additional Slash procs. You only need at least 134% Strength to achieve the 100% Status. It got buffed back then from 50% to 75%.

Necramech Changes & Fixes:

  • Currently there is a 3 minute cooldown on every use of the Necramech Summon Gear item. We’ve changed the cooldown behavior of the Necramech Summon to reflect the following:

    • If the player's Necramech is still active, then the Necramech Summon only has a 10 second cooldown. Summoning it this way will move the Necramech to the player's desired position but NOT restore its Health/Shields/Energy.

    • If the player's Necramech has been destroyed, then the Necramech Summon has a 3 minute cooldown, and will have its Health/Shields/Energy refilled on summon.

This change let you move your mech around more easily, but it's a huge nerf to mech fighting capabilities, which wasn't really necessary in my opinion.

Before this change, you could summon your mech, and summon one with full resources (health/shield/energy) after 3 minutes, regardless of if you use it, die or move very far away, while now you must kill your mech if you want it ready with full resources, which is a bad changes in my opinion.

An alternative change that would solve both issues is the following :

  • On first Necramech summon a Necramech refill bar will start to replenish at the rate of 0.55% per second, up to 100% after 3 minutes.
  • While your Necramech is active, you will be able to re-summon it, with a 10s seconds cooldown.
  • Re-summon your Necramech while active will refill health/shield/energy based on the Necramech refill bar state.
  • If your Necramech die, you will need your  Necramech refill bar to reach 100% before summon it again.

So overall, it would mean you can summon your mech every 10s to move it around, exept waiting longer refill health and energy, and death really punish you but less and less as you stay alive longer.

THE OSCIRA SERIES

This series is dedicated to the first weapons new Tenno come across as they begin their Warframe journey.

They are depicted as being "the first weapons for new players"

So they are not weapons but skins? Or are they still new players weapons?

They arse Skins, for BRATON, Paris, and all the starter Weapons...
DE thinks new players would spend platin for Weapons they only use about 5 minutes...
Like COLORS, players buy this stuff when they got acclimated with the game.. and while they do so.. they will see what weapons they really want... and its not the guns they can use those skins for...

They are not. They're universal skins.

Neither of us were correct, anyway—they are universal skins not exclusive to any of those weapons.

Currently, Void damage is relatively ineffective against Cloned Flesh and Fossilized enemies which greatly limits the use of Xata’s Whisper on Grineer and Infested enemies. In an effort to give it (and Void damage in general) more utility across enemy categories, we are removing this resistance so that it aligns with its neutral effectiveness against the other enemy types. It is important to note that Eidolons, Amalgams, and certain bosses will still maintain this resistance.

When will the void status effect not actually be a downside?

And here I was hoping for a universal rifle skin for once. Nope, you cannot overwrite the hideous model of the Trumna with this.

Here is why:

*Edit: Corrected the Oscira weapon skin names. Originally they were dedicated to the new player starter weapons, but we then changed them to be universal Staff, Pistol, Thrown Blade, Rifle, Bow, and Longsword Skins.

They edited it so now we know.. its Universal...
THANKS!

Hey there, thanks for the correction, but that's exactly what I meant by "used to need". On release Garuda asked for 200% strength in order to get 100% bleed chance because it had a base 50%. A year or so later they changed the base value to 75% and it was a GREAT.
