not being able to receive invites

so i cant receive any invites but im able to send them, even though it says cannot deliver to "name" it still delivers to them but it doesnt work the other way around. Everytime someone trys to invite me i receive nothing and im not able to join squads for anything now. i restarted my pc, the game, internet, and even scanned for viruses and nothing showed. I also looked online for any help but its just something for pc that doesnt describe whats happening to me.

if anyone knows how to fix this pls tell me thanks

edit:just found out that i cant matchmake into any squads aswell idk whats happening
