Hydroid real concept

So i want to say that hydroid feels like he's literally not worth to play, even after trying some helminth combos. Feels "slow" and old overall, even the outcome of his abilities are not so satisfying. There are even better options for farming resources now and it was the only reason that pushed people to use him. I want to share some ideas for a possible rework with the community and see what do you think about it.

Passive: Flood - Dealing damage with Hydroid abilities charge up the flood bar. When the bar is full, next slam attack will put enemies in a bubble in a short radius, not affected by the 1st ability bubble limit. (i like the idea of a slam attack effect for Hydroid). Maybe a little wave/water effects for his roll animation would be awesome.

1: Bubble -  Trap an enemy in a water bubble, disabling him while taking damage overtime. Shooting him will make the bubble explode, doing AoE damage and ?knockdown?. Can be cast on allies to give them a bubble shield and then the same AoE when expired. Hold 1 to put the bubble shield on yourself or remove it. Max of 4 bubbles can be active at the same time.

2: Swirl - Creates a surface of x metres that slow and damage enemies while dragging them to the centre. Can cast a max of 2 Swirls at the same time.

3: Watersprout - Creates a watersprout on the aiming point that heal allies that stand inside it and damage enemies that pass through. (maybe too simple for a third ability)

4: Tsunami - Summon a gigantic wave that travel in a straight line and deals scaling damage, enemies will be caught and ragdolled inside the wave until the final point. (basically a tidal surge variation with some offensive power).

This is my vision of Hydroid, without tentacles and more focused on the water element. I hope you like it and if it will ever be reworked, to see something like this.

And yes, i was bored so i came out with this post. Cheers people!

Tsunami would be waaay cooler if it was similar to cataclysm where the map gets flooded and the enemies that are in the flooded area are unable to move and gets damaged, will also be disarmed, it's basically what we saw on the hydroid prime trailer. That's what I'd do with tsunami,.

Yeah that would be exactly like in the Hydroid Prime trailer
