Update stucked at checking new file 24.3%, after re-install game, lost double resource buff(around 10days remaining)

As title, my warframe launcher couldn't pass checking new files 24.3% for 2 days, tried close and re-open the launcher, didn't work, restart PC didn't work.

After re-install the game, it finally could lauch the game, but the confirmation email arrives after more the 40mis(it said the email should valid only for 30mins).

Once I logged back into the account, I lost my double resource buff(should still have more than 10days remianing)...

BTW, the re-install fixed my earth public map giltch(huge sight blocking giltch around the entance).
