Parazon Finisher Effects and Abilities

During regular play, you never get to use Parazon finishers. Enemies usually either have too much health to be eligible, or are dead. Rarely you'll see the visual prompt appear, with no chance to reach the target before they die to status effects or your team. And I am not excluding the Steel Path here.

This would mean that those Parazon finishers are pointless, but there is one exception: Some of it's available mods have mildly desirable effects. You'd waste 2 seconds in a pointless animation to trigger these effects, given the right situation.

Regular finishers, on the other hand, are freely available at any time. They even kill their target, for the most part, from full health. Yet they still see little use. Because they are single target, and slow compared to other options that will kill many targets.

Lastly, we have abilities that enable finishers. They are somewhat redundant in the first place - why spend energy to inefficiently kill one enemy, when you could do it for free (or, more realistically, not bother at all). I am mostly thinking of Ash's Teleport (which is unreliable without using the augment by the way - and even unreliable with the augment, but for other reasons, and less so).

It seems easy to salvage something good out of these 4 messy and mostly pointless pieces. If an easily available regular finisher was able to trigger Parazon mods, I'd be inclined to make use of that (see Arcane Ultimatum). I'd possibly even spend some energy on it. Since abilities like Ash's Teleport serve no purpose currently, why not have them interact with these mods?
