Kuva Ayanga Still Has Self Damage Oh Clem Why

My Kuva Ayanga has 53% Toxin, a Catalyst, 3 forma, a gravimag, and a riven. I have put a LOT of effort into it to get it at the power of gassing an entire room with a few well placed shots. But randomly, the Ayanga's grenades with explode the instant they leave the barrel, dealing full (and often LETHAL) self damage.

Can this be fixed? I like using archguns on ground missions, but I have to flip a coin everytime I pull the trigger on my favorite one.
