Non responding inputs and menu bugs

Hi, sorry if this isnt quite the right place  or if this is already a known issue but I could not see it elsewhere with a cursory glance here. 
Firstly, as a note I am playing on PC but with a USB Xbox controller, if that helps. When I enter The Glast Gambit mission, as soon as it loads in past the little speech it gives, I cannot control my warframe at all. The cursor appears as if I was in a menu, but no menu is there. Pressing start brings up the normal in game menu, which I can navigate normally, except the button I use for back (B) is completely unresponsive. Using my keyboard and mouse I could click the back button in the bottom corner manually, but exiting the menu still gave me no control even though the game was running and enemies were active. 
And, a second maybe related issue is now, after exiting and relaunching the game, going to the navigate menu, the back button, the right bumper (which I use to rotate through the upper right tabs) and R3 (clicking the right stick, which I use to collect and place extractors) are all unresponsive. 
I am enjoying the game immensely, I just wanted to know if this was a known bug or if there is a way to fix this, both because the mission was unplayable and it cost me 100,000 credits to even attempt. Thank you very much!
