Ember/world On Fire Question

I am trying to get the most out of my world on fire skill for use in defense missions and survivals.

 

So far I am using continuity, streamline and focus, I was thinking of using corrosive projection aura to help boost the damage even more

 

would this be the best way to get the most out of the world on fire skill?

I haven't played with Corrosive Projection, but what about Stretch?

You'll probably want to maximize duration and power. You'll need Blind Rage and Narrow Minded to get the most out of WoF and additionally you'll want to be exclusively casting it on Infested to get the MOST out of every cast.

To answer your question, yes, Corrosive Projection will help WoF to scale into higher levels better, since Fire damage is reduced by Armor and Corrosive Projection reduces Armor.

At the moment I am limited to just those mods though, i dont have blind rage or narrow minded yet, only continuity, focus, streamline, and the only aura i can think of that would help would be corrosive projection.

 

I do have stretch but dont have the mod slots for it

My personal opinion, stick to fireblast stacking

Kills many more mobs. Also, you can use it tactically and lay a continuous trap for mobs to walk across.
