Missing Steam Achievements, In-Game CR Achievements not incrementing

• TYPE: UI, Achievements
• DESCRIPTION: Steam shows 156/193, in-game profile shows 187/208 completed.
• REPRODUCTION: I have no idea how to replicate, or if it is something that has to be resent by the game to Steam. Maybe a patch sometime that syncs achievements with Steam on start-up. Most of these have been bugged for years. CR added a few more.
• EXPECTED RESULT: Steam achievements and Warframe challenges to match, or at least the ones they have in common to sync
• OBSERVED RESULT:
• Achievements showing unlocked in-game but locked in Steam (17):  Control Freak, Dark Sectors, Egg Timer, Into the Void, Mercenary, No Witnesses, Polarize That, Polarize This, Ride the Wave, Savior of Mercury, Saviour of Venus, Saviour of Uranus, Some Assembly Required, Tenno and Hooch, The Camera Adds 10 Pounds, What a Nightmare, Without a Hitch
• Achievements unlocked in-game but not listed on Steam (14):  Forbidden Fruit, Octavia’s Anthem, Plaque Doctor, Savior of Ceres, Savior of Earth, Savior of Europa, Savior of Jupiter, Savior of Mars, Savior of Neptune, Savior of Phobos, Savior of Pluto, Savior of Saturn, The Sword Alone, What A Nightmare
• Achievements not on Steam, but not incrementing in-game (3):  Bug Out Ride 0/20, Jugger-Not 0/5, Burn It With Fire 0/100 These are listed as no progress. I rode the Velocipods for Bug Out Ride the first day Cambrian Rift was released and also tried again a few days ago. It has never incremented. I run the Isolation Vaults fairly often and hunt/fish/mine a lot solo. I have paid attention and killed a lot of Juggernauts in CR. These don't count either. I took the Ignis Wraith loaded with Heat mods and camped a crystal spawner. No increment for burning pods, either.
