Absolut Zero, Frost Rework

Right now, Frost isn´t that good, cold is a bad damage type, his bubble is no longer unique, his cc is weaker than the competition and his damage is nowhere to be seen. While he is not useless, he could use a touch up. I will spin the theme a bit using frozen weapons as the preferred ice delivered method but no exalted weapon here. It´s kind of hard to not make ice-based skill not freezing people so I decided to double down on that, all skills lower the enemy temperature until the enemy reaches absolute zero.

Here the rework

Passive – Absolute Zero

If an enemy has 10 cold procs, Frost can start stacking Absolute Zero procs on that enemy. A single absolute zero proc will freeze the enemy solid. Each absolute zero proc will reduce the enemy cold resistance by 5% up to a cap 50% (at the maximum stack count of 10).

Details

Spoiler

Absolute Zero Procs cannot be stacked normally because there is a cap of stacks placed per source

Frost Ranged weapons (primary, secondary and Arch Gun ) can give up to 3 procs

Frost Melee weapon can proc absolute zero up to 3 times ( if the weapon procs cold on a target with 10 cold procs , this proc will be converted into a absolute zero proc )

Frost first skill will give 3 procs absolute zero procs

Frost 2 skill will give 1 absolute zero proc/s up to a cap of 3 total procs

Frost 3 skill will give 1 absolute zero proc/s up to a cap of 3 total procs

Frost 3 skill will give 1 absolute zero proc/s up to a cap of 3 total procs

Frost 4 skill will give 1 absolute zero proc/s up to a cap of 3 total procs

The TL: DR is everything can proc absolute zero but you need 4 different sources to get to the maximum of stacks

1. True Ice Glaive

Launch a true ice glaive at the target enemy. This will freeze the enemy. The Glaive will bounce towards any enemy with cold proc until there are not enemies it has not hit. Upon return the glaive refunds energy based on the amount of enemy hit.

Freezing math

Spoiler

Procs cold 11 times ( 10 cold procs and at least 1 absolute zero proc or 3 absolute zero proc

1.1 Freeze Force

Glaive seeks out allies and gives them true cold damage (does not mix with other damage types ) and gives him true cold damage upon return.

2. Ice Strike

Tap

Creates a ice hammer and slams it on the ground sending forward a wave of ice freezing the ground. If the hammer hits an enemy directly it will shatter launching ice shards that deal damage based on the enemy hp (the enemy that was hit)

Note: Pretty much current ice wave with the argument

Hold

Creates an Ice Nikana and dashes forward freezing the ground over. Enemies directly hit by the Nikana take more damage and their defenses sundered. Dashing thought an enemy will send an ice shard towards a nearby enemy, this shard deals damage based on the Hp of the enemy hit by the Nikana.

Freezing Math

Spoiler

5 Cold procs on initial cast and 2 cold proc per second for the frozen ground, can only stack absolute zero 3 times

2.1 Frozen Domain

Frost and his allies gain increased movement speed, reduced friction and status immunity while walking over frozen ground. Additionally provides damage reduction to any ground bound AOE (fire hazards, electric water and so on )

3. Frozen Shield

Tap

Creates a shield of ice and throws it at the target location. This Shield emits a snow globe. Snow globe no longer blocks allied fire regardless of directions.

Pretty much current snow globe but you can create it a launch it for a bit extra flexibility. This feature is here because of the better version of the current cast one to get rift of a snow globe coming.

Hold

Creates a shield of ice and equips it on Frost arm. This shield will emit smoll globe.

Combo

Launching an ice glaive on an ice shield will destroy both and create a localized blizzard. The blizzard will pull enemies towards its center.

Freezing Math

Spoiler

2 cold proc per second for the frozen ground, can only stack absolute zero 3 times

3.1 Frozen Time (augument )

Frosts lowers the temperature of his snow globe to the point its slowdown time itself. For allies it reduces the decay rate of buffs ( it takes 2 seconds for the buff timer to go reduce  seconds of its duration )  and increases the duration of debuffs on enemies ( increases the amount of ticks for damage debuffs as well ).  Aplies to enemies and allies on the Blizzard as well.

4.  Avalanche

As it is right now but better base armor strip and now executes enemy bellow 5%*(N absolute zero procs) health.

4.1 Icy Avalanche (augument)

Added level scaling to the damage absorption (new formula 40 + 3 x enemy level) and also affects companions

Added it heals % of the snow globe health per enemy hit.

Added the back the second augument , now it more or less a brand of oberon sacred ground stuff.

Gonna rework chiling globe later with the absolute zero mechnic in mind because the augument is kinda of point less when any snow glovbe will freeze enemies.

Not sure if the 4th agument needs any buffs , maybe make it work better with smoll globe

Smiller ideas as well

Had a Look similar but you probably overturned a lot of numbers( for example you buffed health to Inaros levels and shields to hildrin levels ) but forgot to add a good scaling. Like his 1 has a 150 meters radius ( I'm assuming this one is a typo )

The idea is similar but I did not know about that destiny expansion at all.
