Empowered does not grant 50% Strength to

Empowered does not grant 50% Strength to Titania's Spellbound Harvest Augment energy recovery.

At 90% Strength I gain 45 energy from the Augment mod.

At 140% Strength I should be gaining 70 energy but during my testing, I don't gain this amount.

 

Empowered also does not apply to Titania's Razorwing/Dex Pixia damage.

Was doing 281 Radiation damage without Empowered and 281 Radiation damage with Empowered. Test was done at 90% Strength so a 50% boost should be noticeable.

Equipped a Rank 9 Transient Fortitude(+50% Strength) and my damage increased to 438 Radiation damage.
