Exploiter Fight Breaks ~50% of the Time

It was nice to have the double drops on Fortuna when the thermia fractures come back.  Its honestly the only good time to run exploiter orb fights.  Its one of my favorite boss fights in the whole game but its just so buggy and broken that its not worth the time unless you have boosters and/or double vallis drops.  Out of 15 exploiter orb runs 7 were broken/bugged to the point they had to be failed/aborted.

1) She iced her vents and no thermia would count as a hit making her invulnerable.  The inner door stayed locked so all we could do is abort mission and return to fortuna.

2) We finished phase one but the inner door only opened for a few squad mates, leaving the rest of the squad trapped only able to leave squad or abort.  After leaving squad they cannot be reinvited since it says an objective has already been completed.

3)Blue screen hard game crash during fight.

4) Only a few party members get the loading icon at the outer door after phase1 is complete.  The game eventually times out saying connection lost to host and throws the party individually back to Fortuna/Orbiter.

5) The orb mother spawns in the caves between the inner and outer doors after phase1, while we are loading the exterior. Briefly disappears when its done loading, then reappears in the cave when we start moving outside.  She is stuck inside the mountain, no heat gauge, invulnerable and there are many invisible walls to stand on in the open area where we are supposed to fight her.

Most of these bugs have been occurring since the Exploiter released.  Really people, its been... (checks wiki) OVER 1.5 YEARS since this boss came out.  Please stop pushing broken half-baked or fully uncooked (such as Railjack was) content updates and fix what is already in the game.  Its feels like endgame Jenga over here.  This game's foundation has alot of holes, please stop adding on top.
