Host migration or doesnt connect to multiplayer. Can use multiplayer in other games

It's just as the title says.  I can connect to a team and then I'm disconnected or theres an instant host migration that pretty much makes me solo.  How do I fix this?

I've been having the same problem, can't squad up but I can do literally everything else that doesn't involve squading up

Just realized that this is Xbox, my bad. I'm on pc but same issue.
