The manics from Tyl Regor fight keeps teleporting outside the fighting area

This happens way too often, if the player doesn't kill the manics that spawned then Tyl Regor will have to wait for about 30 seconds before actually spawning thus making the mission slower.

There is three ways, 1) Go to the far top door and melee, or 2) just kill yourself and respawn, which will trigger them to hunt you, or 3) leave the game and rejoin
