lures on the plains don't move

First of all, excuse my English, I have not been able to do tridolon for a long time since the lures remain static ... and if I know the mechanics of moving them with the x but nothing works ... after hacking 10 I can only use two at most, 

I thought it could be because of some parazon mod ... but nothing works ... without them and with them I have the same problem ... other users also told me that the same thing happens but mine is on a larger scale , they tell me that only 1 or 2 are blocked ...
