Arcgun Deployer removed from inventory, no way to make a new one (over 1 month, and no resolution from support)

This apparently is a known bug, one in which my support case hasn't been answered in over a month. If you guys knew about this, there was a simple way to resolve this missing gear item for ALL players:

 

Write a script/program that does the following:

1. Get next player from player list

2. Check if player completed Stage 3 of the Profit Taker quest

3. Check if Arcwing and/or Arcgun Deployer are missing

4. If gear items are missing re-add them.

 

If you are using an SQL-like database, it would be fairly easy to write a query that would generate a list of affected players, and then write another query to add the missing gear items. If not, then your devs could hammer out code to do this in an hour or two to fix their bug.

There is no way to make a new Arcgun Deployer. Once it's gone, it's gone--unlike the arcwing launcher that algot nuked.
