Freeze after completing Index wager

The game worked perfectly during the round, but after getting the option to continue or extract, the game froze. I was unable to leave the squad, and neither could the other person in the squad. There was notably no exit button, and when I tried to add another player to try to free us, the message "Unable to join. The objective has been completed." showed. After reopening the game, the additional credits were added however.

I'm going to try to recreate the bug by doing another low risk index wager, will keep posted

Edit: After several more times playing the Index, it did not happen again.
