Somachord tones in the Sacrifice

I'm looking for the somachord tone in the updated corpus ship tile set in the sacrifice quest. I can't find it. Anyone know where it is?

I have completed the whole Sacrifice quest prior to this and am now going through a second time for the sole purpose of getting the rest of the Somachord tones. I just got done going through the portion of the mission where you are on the Corpus tileset, I had Maxed Thief's Wit and I even had the mod for Helios that lets it scan. Made sure I had more than enough Codex scanners. I have even looked at the wiki that says the Somachord is located to the left of the entrance of the room where you get locked in with the Mimics. Problem is I believe after Deadlock Protocol that room layout described is no longer present in the mission because there are no "walkways" however even after combing through the whole map the Somachord is still nowhere to be found.

The Somachord for the mission on Lua after the Corpus mission is also missing. Have yet to run through it with Thief's Radar but neither of the two locations I have been told they can be found in (one in a rock crevice in a cave tunnel area and the other on a high ledge in the center of the room) were where it was located the first time I went through.

 

EDIT: Found a video where someone saw the Somachord spawn in a room with the rail with trams carrying cargo on it before the room you get locked into, there is a destructible grate kinda hidden behind some lockers and a lift on the bottom level. Grate wasn't even there for me so one less location. Also not in the room where you fight Excalibur Umbra in the little service tunnel either.
