BrazilianJoe
A different type of stealth would be the ability for the frame to look like an enemy faction/character to infiltrate. The thrill of over-witting the enemy with its actions can make it more powerful over time. Wit - Every time an enemy is affected by one of its abilities, it gains Wit, a special attribute with a meter. Certain actions will consume wit. Fooled - fooled is a special status that is inflicted on enemies affected by its abilities. This special status contributes to abilities and mods that have a 'per status effect' multiplier. The 'Fooled' status does not raise enemy aggro. Distraction - can make noise to attract enemies to a place, deaggro enemies, or disable security devices Operates differently depending on the target in the reticule. When pointing at an enemy, will confuse him to convince that the tenno is from their own faction, removing aggro and putting the enemy in a calm state for a few seconds. When pointing at a security device, will disable it for a few seconds and damage it. when pointing at terrain or objects, will make noise to attract enemies to that point. Can disable pressure plate traps. Gains wit for each enemy or device affected. Inflicts fooled. Goal: basic CC in the kit to infiltrate and gain Wit. Disguise - target an enemy to disguise the warframe as belonging to that faction. Has unlimited duration, but if the warframe takes any act of aggression against that faction, the effect is dispelled. Opening crates and doing cyphers would be safe, but if offensive abilities or attacks affect an enemy of that faction, Disguise is dispelled. Distraction can be used without dispalling Disguise. Can walk in cameras and sentry viewing angles without triggering alerts. All enemies that get in the field of view as the player moves grant some Wit. Inflicts 'Fooled'. Applying the Fooled status does not dispel this ability. Can disguise as the Warframe of another player, copying its stats and abilities, but casting an ability will dispel the disguise. Goal: Add survivability, bypass alerts and gain Wit, different enough from invisiblity to be its own thing Backstab - Prepares parazon for a mercy attack or hacking. Can be used on any enemy or weakspot even if they would otherwise not be open to mercy. Will take advantage of some of the melee mods, like Khora's whipclaw. Will consume a portion of Wit to buff damage, crit chance and status chance. If Disguised, Gives double damage to the faction that the player is disguised. During the attack animation, all incoming damage will be transferred to the enemy. Will trigger mercy kill mod effects. Should be able to target vulnerable points like Thumper legs. When used for hacking, has an effect similar to the Intruder mod (+8 seconds for hacking) - This effect can delay data destruction or rescue target asfixiation - when successful, saves the day in the nick of time. When mercy killing, blinds the enemies similarly to the Out of Sight mod. All blinded targets are also Fooled. Goal: Large single-target damage that can be used frequently and on VIPs, with potential to do some CC. A bit of hacking buff to add flavor. Shadow Clones - summons 1/2/3/4 specter copies of itself. Consumes Wit to buff their initial stats. If the player is disguised, they will spawn disguised to the same faction as well, and will not attack enemies of this faction unless the player attacks first. If the player is disguised as a Warframe, will make one copy of each party member. Each copy has a health link to the player and will absorb 20% of the damage the player suffers, regardless of distance. Shadow Clones will use melee or ranged attacks, and can cast Distraction, Disguise and Backstab, but cannot cast the Shadow Clone ability. If the Shadow Clone is disguised as another Warframe, it may use that Warframe's ultimate though. Their actions will contribute to the player's Wit gauge. If the player would take lethal damage, a Shadow Clone dies and the player gains 25% health and shields. When a Shadow Clone dies, it explodes fooling and blinding the enemies, and opening them to finishers. Casting Disguise on a Shadow Clone will swap the disguise between the Warframe and the Shadow Clone at no energy cost. Shadow clones have a large health pool but constantly lose a bit of health, scaled to duration. When cast, the Shadow Clones will be invulnerable for a few seconds, and all incoming damage and fooled enemies will add to their health pool during the invulnerability window. Goal: survivability, battlefield control, and interactive ability swap fun.

A full kit rework will never happen - it's better to put a full kit on a new Warframe entirely. A few small tweaks on each of Loki's abilities can pump him up significantly.
