Protea Specter - no ability use

Dropped a 2-star Protea specter on Steel Path (Ophelia), and all it ever did was shoot Acceltra. Never used a single ability. Over an hour of activity.

From my experience with protea specter (Although mine is a 1-star specter). It needs to 'see' enemies to activate abilities. Sometimes not really 'see' but at very least be pretty close to them. One or the other or both is what makes it use abilities. So if you're in a room where enemies don't get near you or see you at all and vice versa, the protea specter will most likely not use any abilities. 

Before helminth abilities, I used to make and use a lot of protea specters when using Khora on Steel Path Ophelia and that's generally what I would do to make sure it kept dropping dispensary or casting abilities in general. 

Sometimes it would bug out even if there was enemies in sight, and simply making it hold position and clicking follow again would 'reset' it. Very rarely did that not work and had to drop a new protea specter altogether to fix it.
