Neurohax Posted September 29, 2020 Share Posted September 29, 2020 MR29, 2k hours. You'd think I could defending a lvl 2 Cetus bounty objective solo, as I have 100s of times. Armored vaults and hacked drones are taking massive damage from enemy fire. Literally 2 bullets and the vault died in current attempt. Drone died last attempt after being unattended for 5 seconds max. This is after a successful defense where a thumper got in a good number of shots on a drone. No random melee guy chopping away that I didn't notice, no turrets, and enemies cleared from the area before starting.. I was one-shotting the transports as they appeared so this is entirely from enemies that fall in from the drop pods. Those were bugged as well - they weren't dropping in groups, but scattered as single pods all around. Sometimes they landed on trees and the enemies in them would slide/glide to a nearby enemy on the ground and resume charging in. Appears to happen in bounties accepted in the POE tents (at least so far - I'll accept in the town next day cycle). HOW is this game THIS buggy. I hit bugs within 5 minutes of logging in. Not minor color or lighting problems - game breaking, mission ruining, time wasting bugs that any company would be embarrassed to have in their alphas. Every day. It's obscene. Edit: Tried same lvl 2 Cetus bounty again and had no problems defending drone. HOWEVER, you guys still haven't fixed the Ostwan Range liberate camp bug? It's been at least a year. The bonus is mostly impossible because the defense area extends into the neighboring camp and the cave, while the transports get stuck en route. So, guys spawn a mile away, control ticks down, the transports are stuck off in bumble-fu$#%, ticking it down faster, and there's nothing the player can do. On top of that, guys just teleport in now. Not in the distance or emerging from a corner - literally appear 2m directly behind the player at the center of the objective. Again, HOW? Edit 2: Accepting the level 2 Cetus bounty in the POE tents that only have a limited selection (not all bounties, just the ones completed in field so far) definitely triggers it. Protecting the vault mission is impossible. ~4 enemies instantly spawned within 5m, shot once, and the console was dead. Nothing else touched it. (Sequence was clear area, destroy 2 transports en route, 3 enemies fall in from sky pods, 2 more transports destroyed en route, 4 enemies spawn instantly while pods are falling from the sky (sound had started, but pods were nowhere near landing), they shoot once, dead console. The falling pods were in the direction of the instant spawn enemies, so I watched them appear from nowhere. They killed the console before I could fire a single shot.) Enemies were lvl 19-20. Quasi-edit 3: And I just left this post open to try the bounties a few more times. The sabotage supplies bounty is bugged. Never spawned a second resupply beacon. Was by Er-Phryah's Vigil and I even checked the nearby cave and flew around the entire area in archwing. Killed 37/30 enemies before timer ran out. Again, taken from limited selection bounty tent. And again, HOW? Minor bug - Assassination target that falls in a sky pod appears on the ground waaaay before the pod lands. Minor bug - Rollers just seem to do nothing for every bounty except protecting drones. They sit where they spawn or where they were dropped from drop ships. Took bounty from full bounty list tent in POE, which included a drone protection phase. A Tusk Thumper Bull followed the drone 3/4 of the way and it still escaped with 90%+ health.
