(Bug ?) Simite infusion not working on peacemakers when subsumed on Mesa.

I am not sure if this is a bug or not, but since it isn't stated in the wiki I'm gonna assume it is. but Smite infusion is not working on Mesa's peacemakers as the title says. it works on everything else, (that being the weapons I have equipped.) if anyone has any explanation why or even better if a dev can say if they will bring this up, that would be great. thanks.

(update, mesa's 4 augment is not effecting it)
