[BUG] Paused enemies taking less damage on Simulacrum

So i was testing my recently unlocked Marked for Death when i noticed paused enemies taking less than half damage while paused.

I used Ash's fatal teleport, paused enemies took 462k damage, unpaused took 1 million.

I tested on a regular mission on Steel Path and it's the same damage as unpaused enemies.

Also tested with a regular weapon and damage seems unchanged from paused to unpaused.

Upon further testing seems to be a problem only when applying finishers, paused enemies take less damage on finishers.
