Anyone know how to prevent falling through floors?

In the open areas like poe and deimos we sometimes fall through the floor no biggie just hop on your k-drive and /unstuck problem solved but anyone know how to prevent this altogether? - Someone who just managed to fail a cetus bounty due to /unstuck having a cooldown timer

Do what I do now, since this bug has been around for over a year. Don't play the game anymore until DE gets its thumb out and actually fixes their game.
