Occasional game crashes

I have experienced occasional game crashing after the Heart of Deimos update.

When I start a mission I keep having lags even though I play solo and most of the time if I go with a team the game crashes even before extracting, the game also crashes every time I go to Plains of Eidolon or Orb Vallis and now the Cambion Drift.

After the POE first dropped I used to have crashes when I play with teams but not usually when solo and the same when Fortuna update dropped but now after the HOD update the game always crashes almost right after I enter POE or OV (after the HOD dropped I managed to play it for a while till it started crashing too), but it's not the open world areas only now it's also normal missions even if solo the game crashes (all this happens even though I have the settings on low and stopped everything I can to improve performance but the game always end up crashing forcing me to force shut down the PC) . My PC isn't higher than maximum requirements of the game but it's higher than minimum so at least I should be able to play solo. I really hope this problem can be fixed soon

It's not the PC specs, i have a lot more power than game needs and got same problem, i'm searching for reason of those crashes probably from HoD update and still got no answer. Checked ram, sdd, psu, gpu, cpu or even system, no clue what is wrong.
