It depends on busyness along with ticket subject, as Support will ignore completely tickets of some subjects and de-prioritize others based on some subjects being higher importance. Any ticket about chat banning or such for instance will be ignored for at least 2 weeks before any response is sent your way.

A week, but not counting the weekend. If the problem is due to a recent update, it's going to take longer since they will be flooded with tickets.

some tickets could take a week to a month to get answered
tho it best to give them all the info on the issue you having to have it solved faster.
this way you make less questions they need to ask, so they can work on your issue with less delay
