please allow the quils to sell eidolon lenses for reputation

it doesn't make sense to have to farm t5 mission to have a CHANCE to get (one) lens; and the quils not even having  a clue of what they are.... :clem:

i'm even willing to spend 100k reputation for each. 🙃
