Current best place to farm Axi relics?

Excessive_Paranoia

Question

I'm slowly grinding through my list of primes to collect (took about a two year break, so there were a lot) and I'm reaching the items in Axi relics, but I've got a distinct shortage of the relics. I've been trying to farm for them, but most of them sit in C rotations on the normal farming nodes and apparently in the last two years people stopped playing more than two rounds of anything, so I almost never see the C rotation unless I solo farm. Anyway, I'm looking for suggestions on the best nodes / methods that for farming up a load of Axi relics that don't rely on pubs staying for a lot of extra rounds...

Thanks

My go-to places are Lua Disruption and Eris Interception (xini). B and C rotations in Xini are 100% axi relics, while in Lua disruption B is 100% and C is 88% for axi relic.

I've tried Lua a couple of times, but disruption so far has been pretty difficult solo. I'd landed on a suggestion to use Baruuk because he can pretty much nuke the Demolysts, but I keep getting nullified before I can kill them off and they get through about 10%-20% of the time. Any suggestions on how to do it better solo?

To expand on the other answers about Lua Disruption:

Due to how rotations work in Disruption, you reach B and a guaranteed Axi drop for 4 conduits in round 1, 3-4 in round 2, 2-3 in round 3 and 1-2 in round 4+. If you get more conduits, your Axi drops technically get less likely since you might roll the Lua lens or Universal Medallion.
However, the Demolishers sometimes get stuck or take ages to reach the conduits, so in my experience it usually is maybe not faster, but way more relaxed to just try for 4 conduits instead of waiting deliberately for a conduit to get destroyed just to increase your Axi chance by a few percent.

Play in a team. ^^

but if you really want to go solo:

Get Zenurik school Temporal Blast on your Operator and equip the Magus Lockdown arcane. That way, you can slow down the Demolishers and tether them in place to easily pick them off.

Also, as I explained in my other comment, losing a few conduits here actually increases your Axi drops a bit, so it doesn't even matter.

Focus on getting some Magus Lockdown arcanes for your operator. That stops them for some seconds. You can keep using it with diminishing duration each time. This buys you more time to do damage.
Zenurik Focus school has Temporal Blast which also slows them down.

To deal massive damage quick, use Gunblades at point blank range or bring your best crit (melee) weapon build.

But if you say 10-20% get through, that isn't really that bad since your goal is to farm Axi relics only.  Disruption doesn't rotate its reward table back to the beginning. It just goes on infinitely in Drop Table B or C once you reach round 4 and stays that way forever even if you only save 1 conduit.

Round 1 conduit defended 2 conduits defended 3 conduits defended 4 conduits defended
1 Tier A Tier A Tier A Tier B
2 Tier A Tier A Tier B Tier B
3 Tier A Tier B Tier B Tier C
4+ Tier B Tier B Tier C Tier C

One option you can try is melee finishers. Equip the nightwave mod "Dizzying Rounds" on a Bronco or Bronco Prime. Build a hammer to optimise finisher damage. You shoot the demolyst from close range with the Bronco, then splat it. If it survives you just repeat. During the finisher animation you're immune and the enemy is stopped, and this combo can't be nullified.

I think the bursa and hyena demolysts may be immune to finishers, but it's OK to miss some conduits. The Moa only has a back finisher animation, so you have to be behind it. Magus Lockdown or some other slowing ability helps get into position.

I usually use Magus lockdown operator arcane combined with Nova Prime and kill them with Redeemer Prime using charged attacks. They usually die in 1 shot. At higher levels when they are tethered by Magus lockdown, you can use a weapon like Kuva Nukor to quickly proc some extra status on the demolysts for more melee damage through Condition Overload.

if your looking for a certain relic use this website to find where to farm it
lets you know what rotation, what drop chance an what missions you can farm the relic at
makes it rather easyier to know where to farm for certain relics an plan a grinding session around getting the needed relics

My solo setup for Axi farming is a slow Nova (with Null Star augment) and Rubico (Prime). I actually find solo to be better for me as due to the rotation drops to optimise Axi drops you want to defend 4 in the first round, 3 in the second, 2 in the third and 1 in the fourth and I feel I can control things more easily on my own.

While everyone has given their input, I could also suggest you to try Deimos or Fortuna Bounties, if you are looking to mix things up a bit.

If you are lucky, you can get 4 Axi relics in 6 minutes. If not, 1 Axi in 6 minutes.

By far, Deimos Bounties have been the best way to get the current primed vault relics.

The thing about bounties is that they only give the current Prime Vault relics, though. So if you need other Axi relics than currently just Axi E1, you won't get them from bounties.
