Best place to get condroc wings

Hitched up with a good squad and farmed grendal.  I have all the components except 12condroc wings.

I've been hunting thumpers all day, and not a one. Wiki says something about not getting the wing on a capture.

Is there another way of farming them?

Ermm... I remember killing animals will make them drop their resources.

Some of the animals in the Open Worlds drop them when killed

I forget which one, I think maybe the little rabbit things that come out at night.

bruh its teh condrocs. the birbs are legit called condrocs. i really hope this is sarcasm and im just idiotic

keep going in and out of Cetus and back into the plains, over and over again. There is a spot right outside the main gate, slightly to the left, that almost always spawns either three kuakas or three condrocs. Just keep rinse repeat until you kill enough. Just keep in mind you want to be a lil stealthy with your approach as they can fly away real fast when they get spooked.

Condrocs are all over the Landscape. if you have other stuff that you need to acquire from there anyways, go do that and you'll see groups of condrocs on a regular basis.

equip helios prime on your frame, it will scan them from far thus drawing your attention.

Go free roaming, don't do any mission

Normally i found them at the top left of the camp at the see. there is always 3 or 4 of them flying. use a sniper to shoot them down

Hard to hunt in a war zone, but I've gotten 4 out of the twelve I need. Using tranq rifle to spot them works well.  Also got a mess of those little rabbit/rat things.

Getting some mining done along the way. And it's amazing how quickly the thumpers spawn when I'm not hunting them.
