A MAYBE is better than what we usually hear

It was actually less a MAYBE and more an EVENTUALLY as I believe Scott said there is a lot of animation stuff that would need to be done

Oh boy, imagine parrying other mechs

you know, I never really thought about Vs. another mech scenario, but mainly just chopping up regular mobs. enemy mechs don't really melee that much though, even when you get close it's usually Shield > grenades > gunfire over and over again lol.

Until they actually add the ability and a melee weapon...we've pretty much have stopped playing around with the Necramech along with trying to get The Mods....between getting the super rare normal Mech Mods and getting useless melee Mech Mods, it's been a pathetic way of introducing a playable character....

I assume all Archmelee but the Kaszas (Archmelee Scythe) and the Knux (Tyl Regor's hands for slapping the Tenno leeches) would use a similar animation to the Kallim (2nd Necramech's Exalted Archmelee).

If the animations are given the green light, we can assume that Necramechs can quick melee with their Archmelee weapons.

It was less of an eventually and more of a very soft maybe.  Because the animations would take a lot of work, and couple of arch-melee would have to be just flat out not usable.  (Anything dual wielded like the Knux apparently just completely breaks, there may have been something else mentioned but I wasn't taking notes.  For some reason though I'm thinking that somehow the scythe also doesn't work though.)
