Why after nearly every mission i can't access anything leave a squad or vote on a mission ect not even 1 node is available on any planet either ?

That's a bug from new mission results UI. If your chat still works ask somebody to invite you on another mission (they'll need to force start it), this helps on PC dunno about consoles, otherwise gotta restart / relog.

In my experience (on PC) this happens if somebody picks another mission when you're still loading out of the current one, could this be the same for consoles?

PS4 almost always requires me to close the game and restart to fix it.
