The endless loop ,corpus portal invasion bug. Incorrect displayed energy colors for Khora ,not the energy things that emit from using abilities , I'm talking about the parts of Khora that display her chosen energy colors. Khora Urushu. Not normal Khora. When selecting Venari's colors ,it says you haven't selected any ,when you have and Venari is displaying them. (Not default colors) In the Archwing submersible missions ,after I exit the water ,either the archgun is clipping onto me (I don't have the gear for having arch weapons outside of space environment) and arch melee clipping onto me. One or the other ,not both at a time. Venari teleporting to lower floor ,when I take the elevator to the higher floor. Getting stuck in Void Orokin elevators , beneath the actual elevator ,and can't get out. When squadmates pushed the elevator button. It goes down and sends me into darkness while I fall into the abyss. Decapitated Khora Urushu when looking at Modding tutorial. I'd show pictures but the URL thing looks complicated.
