MR28 Test - Unable to throw Canister (Glitch or...???)

I'm having constant issues with the controls for the MR28 test - the screen will occasionally tell me to use "<SECONDARY_FIRE>" to throw, as opposed to the middle mouse button, but it doesn't work.  When this happens, no buttons will allow me to throw this, including my Secondary Fire, which IS my middle button.  I have checked my controls to ensure nothing was switched on me, but nothing has (There are no additional key bindings for my Secondary Fire)... This problem I'm having happens 100% of the time I load in to try to do the test so it's a guaranteed fail for me.  Can somebody please look into this or at least advise on how I can go about getting this fixed?

The closest I have gotten to beating this was 41/60 before that <SECONDARY_FIRE> message popped up and I was unable to throw the canister any longer.  The same message would pop up repeatedly pretty much until I'm guaranteed a fail, which is rather irritating.  Am I doing something wrong here?  I got my partner to take a stab at this and he can't seem to understand why I'm getting that message and he never did.

So for anybody having this issue, I figured it out... Not sure why the <SECONDARY_FIRE> message comes up, but I had switched my Heavy Attack to a different button (formerly 3rd mouse button).  It appears throwing the canister requires BOTH Secondary Fire AND Heavy Melee Attack.  Doesn't quite make sense, so DE, if you could potentially look into getting this changed, that would be awesome :)

same here, i blame the controller driver update wrecking up PC controls or whatsoever this time is wrong.

its warframe not our hardware.

you can push the throw the cannister-button as much as you like - warframe does nothing.

a different hotkey setup didnt help either. changing hardware too.

pc controls are sloppy/screwed at this time.
