Which is funny because Arbitration promotes Warframe Abilities use. It was bad enough that I wasted my plat on a venka prime(which bugs out on the gladiator mod bonus only up to 11x like every weapon)(plus glad mods are bugged too, when other forms of crit applies like wukong's primal rage it doesnt work), but now I bought the baruuk skin to play him more and I find this annoying bug.
