hey guys i need some help like i dont play warframe for a good time and decided to comeback when i did i noticed i had and old hotmail that i dont actually use no more but i actually knew the password to enter the game to play and requested for a verification number that was sent to this specific hotmail i dont remember and cant get inside this hotmail and tried everything to get the code to play i now have a new hotmail that i tried replacing with this old one but i still need to get inside to change it i used a ticket on customer support but idk where im going to get that help if i get a message on the warframe account or if its emailed to hotmail i just need some help plz and thanks guys

First: Don't panic. You are not the first person to have this issue and you won't be the last. 

Two: You will be able to access Supports reply through the Warframe site directly, just check back daily on the support section of the Warframe site and check your ticket to see if they have replied. You will not need to access your old email to see or respond to their reply. 

Three: I know it sucks, but you may need to be patient. Warframe Support can take anywhere from a few days to weeks or more depending on the importance of your issue and how backlogged they are, but if you made a ticket, they will reply and try to help you. 

Finally: Even if you cannot get into the email, they may still be able to help you. They will likely ask you questions about your account to prove it's you, questions about your account that only you would know. If you can prove to their satisfaction, they will likely be able to switch your email to a current one. 

Just be patient Tenno, keep checking back on the Support site regularly and don't panic. They will get to your issue, and help you prove you are you and get you reverified and on your way.

Yeah that's right.
